The "Micro Sieve" provided by Takeda Tokyo Process Service is a fine mesh formed into a sheet shape using the electroforming method. Since it is created with electroplated nickel without a photolithography process, the surface is flat, with excellent precision in opening width and no variation. *We accept opening widths (mesh openings) starting from 2μm, but we also have prototype results for openings smaller than 2μm, so please feel free to consult us.
